"I went on jordans.com just to, uh..."
I went on jordans.com just to, uh, look around for a bit, but I ended up getting a bunch of ideas from the room displays. It actually helped me picture how everything could look together instead of just seeing random furniture pieces on their own. The site was really easy to browse too. I liked that the setups felt like real rooms, not overly fancy or fake.

"Pretty convenient hours for stopping in"
I’d probably give jordans.com 4 stars. The hours worked out well for me, mostly because I could check them online first instead of just guessing and wasting a trip. I stopped in after work, and it didn’t feel like one of those places where you’re rushing around before they lock the doors.

The only thing, kinda plain and simple, is I wish they stayed open a little later on some days. Not a huge deal, but it would make things easier. Overall though, it was easy enough to plan around, and better than a lot of other places I’ve dealt with.

"The financing process felt unnecessarily frustrating"
I tried using the financing app it was a headache. It kept asking me for the same information more than once, which just felt careless and kind of unfair when you’re already taking the time to fill everything out properly. The whole thing took longer than it should have, and by the end I still wasn’t even sure if my application actually went through.

"Checkout was quick like I expected"
I stopped in after work and it went about how I figured it would. I’ve always thought this place is good about keeping checkout moving, and this kind of confirmed that for me. The line moved along, the cashier was nice, and I was paid up fast. Only thing is they probably could’ve used one more register open, but overall it was a quick trip...

The site was easy to use, and I did like that there were some customization choices. I’m just a bit picky when it comes to getting things exactly how I want them, so I was hoping for more colors and detail options. It worked fine overall, but the customization felt a little limited for my taste.

I found the website easy to browse at first, and I liked that it wasn’t overly complicated. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to hit back a couple times to find the product and delivery info I needed. Checkout did go through in the end, but it was a bit annoying when the page refreshed and asked me to re-enter my details. Still, everything worked out, and I’d probably use it again — just hoping the experience is a bit smoother next time.

We had a good time overall, and the kids were definitely into the attractions. It had that fun, exciting vibe, but it was also kind of a lot with how busy it got. The lines felt long, which was a little frustrating, but somehow it still ended up being a really solid day

The parking situation was ridiculous. I only planned to pop in for a quick visit, but I wasted so much time circling around because they clearly haven’t figured out how to make parking workable. It pretty much ruined the whole stop.

I did end up getting my refund, but it took way longer than it should have. The whole process was frustrating and made me lose trust in the company. A refund is nice, but having to wait around and wonder what’s going on doesn’t leave a good impression

"Great looking shoes, but sole wore out quick"
The shoes looked really great when they arrived, and they were comfy right out of the box. I liked a style a lot too. But after a few weeks, the sole started wearing down faster than I expected. They’re still nice to wear, just not as durable as I was hoping.

We stopped by the cafe/concession area at Jordan's Furniture while we were there. The food was fine, in that “at least it wasn’t bad” kind of way, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. The line moved a little slower than you’d expect for basic stuff, though the staff was nice enough. Prices felt a bit much for what we ended up getting. Overall, not a terrible stop if you’re already in the building, but definitely average
